Report from the Executive Director updating Members on the key activities of the Place and Connectivity Directorate in relation to Transport and Infrastructure.

To enable the Transport and Infrastructure Committee to make a recommendation to the Combined Authority Board on the proposed bus franchising scheme.

To provide an update on the Local Transport and Connectivity Plan (LTCP) and the proposed updates to the Monitoring chapter of the LTCP.

To present the Committee with the Combined Authority’s response to the East West Rail non-statutory consultation.

To provide an update on the progress of Cygnet Bridge, formerly Fletton Quays Footbridge

To provide an update on the project progress of the BP Witchford Roundabout Non-Motorised User (NMU) feasibility study.

To note the progress to date on the Royston to Granta Park Strategic Transport Study.

To note the Committee’s work programme.

To determine whether the public and press be excluded from the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended, as the following item of business has an exempt appendix and the discussion may involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of schedule 12A of the Act; information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
