Minutes:
The Head of Policy, Insight and Performance introduced the report and highlighted key points to members.
Members spoke positively about the framework, happy to support its approval. The Mayor quoting from the document highlighted that “monitoring and evaluation will be embedded into our culture by integrating with our CIVIL values.
On being proposed by the Mayor, seconded by Councillor Anna Smith, it was resolved to: [7 for, 0 against, 1 abstention]
